Award Ceremony – “Your Bead for Venice” – September 14, 2025

Murano Glass MuseumOn Sunday, September 14, 2025, at the Murano Glass Museum, the fourth edition of the “Your Bead for Venice” competition took place—an event that welcomed glass enthusiasts from all over the world.

The 20 finalist works, displayed at the museum, told the story of Venice through small glass masterpieces: colors, shapes, and techniques that beautifully combined tradition and innovation.

The jury—composed of 8 industry experts and representatives from the art world—carefully evaluated each creation and announced the winners:

The competition was born from an idea by Alessia Fuga and was made possible thanks to the valuable contributions of the Committee for the Safeguarding of Venetian Beads, the ISGB (International Society of Glass Beadmakers), and APAF (Association des perliers d’art de France).

A collective commitment that proved how the passion for the art of glass can bring together people from different cultures, all united by a shared love for Venice and its millennia-old history.

👉 The 20 finalist beads will remain on display at the Glass Museum until January 6, 2026, offering everyone the opportunity to admire these small artistic gems.
